Connecting the Dots

My name is Erin Capone and I'm a connector. I connect dots, I connect people, and I connect my work as a fundraiser with my work as a social worker.

As a social worker, I develop a deep understanding of people, community needs, and the importance of fostering positive change. As a fundraiser, I am passionate about bringing donors and organizations together to partner toward a common purpose.

I believe in the power of philanthropy to transform our world, and I believe in our power to transform philanthropy. I look forward to connecting with you.
